Measurements are taken at the widest and tallest points of the design and refer to the finished transfer size.

Please measure the area where you intend to apply the transfer before ordering to ensure the size is suitable for your item.

CLEAN → RUB/BURNISH → POSITION → PRESS FIRMLY → SLOWLY PEEL

The important details :

1. Clean the surface thoroughly and make sure it is completely dry.

2. Rub/burnish the clear transfer film first so the design lifts from the backing sheet and the pieces stay together.

3. Peel away the backing carefully.

4. Position the transfer without pressing it down until you're happy with placement.

5. Press and rub firmly, working from the centre outward, making sure every part of the design is bonded.

6. Slowly peel the clear film back against itself.

7. If any part of the design starts lifting, lay the film back down, rub firmly again, and continue slowly

   Live in a hard-water area? A quick rinse or wipe with distilled water and dried well before application can help remove mineral residue that may interfere with adhesion.

UV DTF TRANSFER REFUND POLICY

At Blunt Force Tango, every UV DTF transfer is individually inspected and quality-checked before it leaves us. Because these transfers are designed to permanently adhere to smooth, hard surfaces, all sales are final once a transfer has been applied.

Damaged or Defective Transfers

If your transfer arrives damaged, misprinted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the transfer and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment defect, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Application & Surface Issues

We cannot guarantee adhesion or offer refunds for transfers that:

• Were applied incorrectly or contrary to the provided application instructions

• Were applied to a dirty, textured, porous, curved, greasy, wet, or otherwise unsuitable surface

• Were applied to customer-supplied used items that have not been properly cleaned and prepared

• Were damaged, scratched, peeled, or removed after application

• Were exposed to conditions that are unsuitable for the transfer or its intended surface

UV DTF transfers are intended for clean, smooth, hard, non-porous surfaces. Always test an unfamiliar surface before applying a transfer to a finished or valuable item.

Before You Apply

Please inspect your transfer before applying it. Once a UV transfer has been applied, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to application results, placement, adhesion, or personal preference.

If something doesn't look right before you apply it, stop and contact us. We're happy to take a look.

BFT Tip: Read the application instructions first. A little patience, a properly prepared surface, and firm application pressure go a long way toward getting the result you're after.

Your UV or DTF transfers are hand-mailed through Canada Post using standard, un tracked Lettermail. To protect the environment, packaging is kept as minimal as possible while still ensuring your transfers stay flat, dry, and protected during transit.

Because this is a cost-effective, untracked service, delivery times follow Canada Post Lettermail Standards:

• Local delivery: 2 business days

• Within Ontario (Within Province): 3 business days

• National delivery (Across Canada): 4 business days (though it can occasionally take up to 7 business days depending on distance and sorting delays) [1, 2]
