Digital Download Refund Policy

At Blunt Force Tango, all digital products are delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, included file types, dimensions, and intended use to make sure the product meets your needs.

What Is Not Refundable

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Purchasing the wrong design or file

• Purchasing a file that is not compatible with your software or equipment

• Incorrect sizing or choosing the wrong version of a design

• Failure to review the product description or file specifications

• Files that have already been downloaded or accessed

Problems With Your Download

If you experience a problem with a file we provided, such as a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible download, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, corrected file, or new download link.

USAGE TERMS — PERSONAL AND FINISHED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS. Your purchase permits use by one purchaser or business.

YOU MAY:

• Make physical items for your own use or as gifts.

• Make and sell finished physical products featuring these designs, such as shirts, bags and other decorated items.

• Resize the artwork to suit your project.

• Supply a file to a professional printer solely to produce your own permitted products or transfers for those products. The printer must not retain it for other customers, share it or offer it for sale.

• Show the design on your finished products or on protected product mock ups when advertising those physical products.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Share, give away, trade, upload or resell the PNGs or the ZIP file.

• Sell or distribute the artwork as another digital file, even if altered,re coloured, combined with other artwork or converted to another format.

• Include the artwork in digital bundles, templates, clip-art packs, shared drives or download collections accessible to other people.

• Sell stand alone printed transfers, decals or gang sheets containing these designs without separate written permission from Blunt Force Tango

• Upload the designs to print-on-demand marketplaces or public design libraries without separate written permission from Blunt Force Tango

• Claim the designs as your own original artwork or use them as your own logo or trademark.

Purchase provides permission for the uses above; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or brand names. For a use not covered here, contact Blunt Force Tango through the shop before proceeding.
